On average it takes about 5 minutes for users to complete this form. Incomplete booking requests will be deleted automatically after 60 minutes.
Instructions
Please select the venue, date and times required. As we have several halls and rooms within the same buildings there maybe bookings that are not suitable to run simultaneously, i.e. meditation and disco party. We will check the compatibility before confirming the booking.
One off bookings will require a £50 refundable damage deposit to be paid within 7 days of the booking being confirmed and the balance will be due 1 month before the booking date.
Bookings finishing after 10pm will be charged at £20 late locking supplement.
A projector and screen can be hired for £5 per session in any of our venues.
Large catered events, such as weddings, luncheons etc., will carry a £15 per session supplement for the kitchen/utilities.
